Each ball is a pressed blend of dried herbs, wrapped in bright foil like a little gift. Drop one or two into a basin of warm water, let them soften and release the herbs, and give your feet the kind of soak that ends a long day properly.

What it is

The four herbs

Every set includes all four — evenly, never a random mix.

How to use

Fill a basin with warm water, about 113°F (45°C) — comfortable, not hot. Water should cover feet and ankles. Drop in 1–2 balls and let them soften. Soak for 15–20 minutes, ideally within an hour before bedtime, then pat dry.
